Hey Ya’ll! My name is Chelsea and I hope you feel at home here.
Most of us spend the majority of our time and money on where we live. Through rent, mortgage, etc. we are really investing in where we live whether we realize it or not. My hope is that we can learn to love our spaces and make them our own without succumbing to the wave of trends or spending a lot of money to make them ours.
This has become especially true in my life. I started out working in a corperate office in a city downtown, started working from home when Covid shut down my workspace, and then relocated across the country with my husband to stay home and start our family. In the last 7 years my home has grew in importance from just a place to sleep, to where I work, and now where I spend most of my time. My goal is to create a functional home that is beautiful, unique, and full of memories for my family.
Old homes, antiques, secondhand, and creating in general are some of the things I love and want to share in this space. Join me as I also learn how to create a collected home and live more slowly.
